Request Account Deletion

Submit a request to permanently delete your DriveThrough account and all associated personal data.

Consequences of Account Deletion

Requesting account deletion will result in the permanent removal of:

  • Your registered email address and authentication credentials.
  • All learning sessions, selected licence classes, and roadmap progression.
  • All practice exam simulation histories, scores, and answered questions.
  • Your saved mistakes list and bookmarked favourite questions.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

Processing Duration

Accounts will be deleted within 2 weeks.

You must verify your email address before a deletion request is accepted.

Enter the email address associated with your DriveThrough account.

Instant Deletion Option: If you are signed in on the DriveThrough mobile app or web app, you can delete your account immediately without waiting by going to Settings > Delete my account.
